To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay at The Villa Palms.
No visitors are allowed on the premises without prior permission from management.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites. A fine of R500.00 per occurrence will apply for violations.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
No pets are allowed on the premises. This policy is strictly enforced, even on special request.
After 9:00 PM, no access to the lodge will be permitted.
The lodge shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever occurring, to the parties, persons, or property. This applies despite the fact that the parties are aware of the protection which the law affords them and their dependents in relation to injuries or loss suffered in such circumstances.
Any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident, or visitor—whether caused by fire, theft, negligence, wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, its agents, employees, or by the defective functioning of any apparatus—remains the sole responsibility of the guest.
A fully refundable key and breakages deposit of R500 is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is incurred.
Irons and hairdryers are available upon request. A fully refundable deposit of R200 per item is required.
The guest warrants that he/she is duly authorized to sign and bind his principal as well as each member of his accompanying party to these terms and conditions of residence. Failing such authority, he/she agrees to be personally liable for all amounts arising from his residence as well as that of any accompanying party.
Booking accommodation at The Villa Palms for the purpose of hosting a party is not permitted.
Any noise complaints will result in a fine of R1,000.
Should the noise continue, security will facilitate management with the immediate check-out of the noisy party without a refund.
Any deposits held will be considered liquidated damages, and guests agree to these terms upon booking.
